Ingredients:
  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 tablespoon Country Crock® Spread
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 4 ounces sliced Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Generously spread Country Crock® Spread on one side of each bread slice.
  • Lay 2 slices of bread, spread side down, in a skillet. Top each with tomato, cheese, and the remaining bread slice, spread side up.
  • Continue cooking until one side is beautifully golden and crispy. Then, gently flip over and allow the cheese to melt into a gooey, irresistible perfection.
