Transform simple grilled chicken into a flavor-packed delight with only 3 ingredients in half an hour.
Ingredients:
  • 8 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves (about 2 1/2 pounds)
  • 1/2 cup herb-and-garlic spreadable cheese
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto or fully cooked ham
  • 1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing
Instructions:
  • Prepare the grill for direct heat. With precision, create a horizontal incision in each chicken breast half to form a pocket when the top of the chicken is lifted.
  • Place a generous helping of cheese inside each chicken pocket before layering with neatly folded slices of prosciutto. Seal the pockets securely to ensure the filling is well-contained. Gently brush the chicken with the dressing for added flavor.
  • Grill the chicken over medium-high heat, brushing with dressing and turning once, until no longer pink in the center, for 10 to 12 minutes.
