Grilled Chicken BLT Wraps

BLT-inspired grilled chicken wraps - perfect for any meal or outdoor gatherings!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 ears fresh corn
  • 3.5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1.5 cups chopped cooked bacon
  • 1.5 cups chopped avocado
  • 1 cup chopped Roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
Instructions:
  • Prepare the grill by preheating it to medium-high heat and lightly oiling the grate. Season the chicken generously with salt and pepper.
  • Grill chicken and corn until chicken is cooked through and corn is tender, about 5 to 7 minutes per side. Ensure chicken reaches at least 165°F (74°C) in the center. Rest for 5 minutes, then cut kernels from the corn cobs and slice chicken into 1/2-inch pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss together chicken, corn, lettuce, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, and onion. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with ranch dressing and toss until well coated.
  • Spoon 2/3 cup of the mixture onto the bottom third of each tortilla, fold the sides, and roll tightly. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas.
