Marinate pork ribs, grill with BBQ sauce until tender and delicious.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup Burgundy wine
  • 0.25 cup barbeque sauce, plus more for basting
  • 0.25 cup cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  • 4 pounds country-style pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
Instructions:
  • Combine wine, BBQ sauce, cider vinegar, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard in a bowl until fully blended. Transfer ribs to a baking dish and generously coat with the mixture.
  • In a bowl, combine onion powder and garlic powder. Sprinkle the powder mixture over the ribs. Allow the ribs to marinate for 2 hours, flipping them once.
  • Get the grill ready by preheating it to medium-low heat and gently oiling the grate.
  • "Barbecue ribs on a preheated grill, covered, over indirect heat for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through."
  • Brush meat with flavorful barbeque sauce and grill until tender, about 15 minutes, turning and basting regularly.
