BBQ Glazed Ribs boiled then grilled for juicy, tender perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 pounds pork spareribs
  • 2 (18 ounce) bottles barbeque sauce
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • In a large stockpot, combine spareribs with barbeque sauce, onion, salt, and pepper. Fill with enough water to cover the ribs. Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer for 40 minutes.
  • Prepare your outdoor grill by preheating it to high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Place the spareribs on the hot grill and remember to save the cooking liquid. Grill the ribs, basting them regularly with the reserved liquid and turning them frequently, until they are beautifully browned, approximately 20 minutes.
