Marinate chicken in creamy curry yogurt sauce for maximum flavor before grilling.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1.5 teaspoons mild yellow curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.75 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Instructions:
  • Combine coriander, curry powder, garam masala, garlic, salt, and pepper in a glass bowl. Stir in vinegar and yogurt until well combined. Place mixture in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken breasts, ensuring they are coated evenly. Seal bag and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Prepare the grill by preheating it to medium-high heat and greasing the grate lightly with oil.
  • Grill the marinated chicken breasts until fully cooked through and the juices run clear, about 5 minutes per side. Use an instant-read thermometer to check for doneness, aiming for a temperature of at least 165°F (74°C) in the center. Grill time may vary based on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
