Grill lemon pepper salmon fillets for a flavorful and impressive meal perfect for potlucks or family dinners.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
Instructions:
  • Mix together mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, dill, black pepper, and garlic salt in a resealable plastic bag. Add salmon and coat gently with the marinade. Refrigerate the sealed bag and marinate for about 2 hours.
  • Get your outdoor grill ready by preheating it to medium-high heat and giving the grill grate a light oiling.
  • Grill salmon skin-side down for 3 to 4 minutes until lightly charred. Flip and continue cooking until the fish flakes easily with a fork or reaches your preferred doneness, another 3 to 4 minutes.
