Zesty grilled fish burgers with lime, lemon-pepper, and sweet mayo on a bun.
Ingredients:
  • 1 serving cooking spray
  • 4 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 4 hamburger buns, split
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 4 slices tomato
Instructions:
  • Prepare the outdoor grill by preheating it to medium-high heat and lightly greasing the grate with cooking spray.
  • Coat tilapia in zesty lime juice and season generously with lemon-pepper.
  • Grill the fish, covered, on high heat until it flakes easily with a fork, about 5 to 6 minutes.
  • While the fish is grilling, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and honey in a bowl. Spread the mixture on the bottom half of the buns, then top with lettuce and tomato. Once the fish is done cooking, place it on the buns and savor the deliciousness!
