Grilled garlic, chive and sea-salt flatbreads

Delicious crostini - ideal for dipping and serving with cheese and antipasto.
Ingredients:
  • 20.00 ml chives, chopped
  • 54.60 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 lavash sheets or other flatbread
  • sea salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 190°C. Mix together garlic, chives, and olive oil in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Lay out lavash sheets on a baking tray and generously brush with the aromatic garlic and oil mixture. Bake until beautifully crisp and golden, about 3-4 minutes. Allow to cool for 1-2 minutes before enjoying.
  • Serve immediately after tearing into big chunks and generously sprinkling with sea salt.
