Tantalizing grilled pork tenderloin with a sweet-savory marinade of soy sauce, sugar, peanut butter, garlic, curry powder, and ginger.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (16 ounce) pork tenderloins, trimmed of fat
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoons sugar or sugar substitute
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon smooth natural peanut butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
Instructions:
  • Place the pork in a large resealable plastic bag. Combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, peanut butter, garlic, curry powder, ginger, and salt in a bowl, mix until smooth. Pour the marinade over the tenderloins in the bag, remove air, seal, and refrigerate overnight.
  • Get your outdoor grill blazing hot and ready to create those delicious grill marks.
  • Remove any extra marinade from the pork using a paper towel, then let it sit at room temperature while preheating the grill. Lightly oil the grill grate and grill the pork for 3 minutes on each side (all four sides) for a total of 12 to 15 minutes, or until the pork is no longer pink inside and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (65°C). Remove from the grill and loosely cover the meat with foil. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
