Prepare and grill these mouthwatering dishes in just 20 minutes for a perfect 10 dining experience!
Ingredients:
  • 6 small halibut steaks or sea bass, about 3/4 inch thick (about 2 1/2 pounds)
  • 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 jar (16 ounces) green salsa (salsa verde) (2 cups)
  • 1 ripe avocado, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives
  • Sour cream, if desired
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, if desired
Instructions:
  • Prepare the grill for direct heat. Brush the fish lightly with oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  • Grill the fish over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, flipping it once, until it flakes easily with a fork, and enjoy!
  • Combine the salsa, avocado, and olives. Spoon over the fish and top with a dollop of sour cream and fresh cilantro for a flavorful finishing touch.
