Grill moist and flavorful salmon with ease using convenient foil packs, taking the guesswork out of grilling fish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 lb salmon fillets, skin removed, cut into 4 serving pieces
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 medium lemon, cut into 1/8-inch slices (about 12)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Preheat grill. Cut 4 large sheets of heavy-duty foil. Lay a piece of salmon in the center of each sheet. Brush both sides of the salmon with 1/2 tablespoon of oil. Season each piece with 1/8 teaspoon of salt and pepper. Arrange 3 lemon slices on top of each piece of salmon.
  • Enclose the salmon in foil by bringing up 2 sides so they meet, sealing with a tight 1/2-inch fold. Fold again, leaving space for heat circulation. Seal the remaining sides.
  • Grill the packets over medium-low heat with the grill covered for 13 to 16 minutes. Rotate the packets halfway through cooking until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • To present your dish beautifully, make a large X on top of each packet, then delicately peel back the foil to release the wonderful aroma. Finish by sprinkling with fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor.
