Grilled littleneck clams ready in minutes on the top shelf, served with lemon juice, butter, or cocktail sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds littleneck clams, scrubbed and rinsed
Instructions:
  • Fire up the outdoor grill to medium heat.
  • Arrange clams on the top grill rack, making sure they are not directly on the heat source. Cover the grill and cook until the shells begin to open and the clam juice bubbles, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Present the dish after grilling.
