Grilled foil packet potatoes and onions with butter and seasonings, cooked until tender and flavorful on the grill.
Ingredients:
  • 4 potatoes, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat the outdoor grill to medium heat.
  • Prepare individual foil packets by stacking 2 or 3 squares of aluminum foil for each, ensuring it's large enough to wrap the vegetables. Add potatoes and onion to the center, season with salt, pepper, and dot with butter. Fold into a neat square, sealing the edges tightly. Repeat for the rest of the potatoes and onion.
  • Grill the aluminum-wrapped package over indirect heat, turning once, for about 30 minutes. Serve hot from the grill.
