Grilled rosemary pork chops marinated in soy sauce, brown sugar, and herbs, then cooked to perfection on the grill.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dried rosemary, crushed
  • 4 boneless pork chops
Instructions:
  • Combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar, and rosemary in a bowl. Transfer half of the marinade to a resealable plastic bag. Add pork chops, coat them well, remove excess air, and seal the bag. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours. Reserve the rest of the marinade for later use.
  • Preheat the outdoor grill until it reaches a medium heat, and lightly oil the grate. Take the pork chops out of the marinade, remove any excess, and discard the rest of the marinade.
  • Grill pork chops until no longer pink in the center, brushing with reserved marinade, for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the center reads 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
