Ingredients:
  • 2 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 3 tablespoons Greek-style yogurt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pounds salmon steaks
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Prepare the outdoor grill by preheating it on high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Combine ripe avocados, minced garlic, creamy yogurt, and fresh lemon juice in a bowl. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper for flavor.
