Succulent grilled sausage patties bursting with garlic, spices, and red wine flavors - no stuffing required!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 0.25 cup dry red wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 0.75 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 0.25 teaspoon white pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
  • Mix together ground pork, red wine, garlic, salt, parsley, paprika, rosemary, white pepper, and black pepper in a bowl until well combined; avoid overmixing. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to blend.
  • Heat up the grill outdoors until it's nice and hot at medium-high heat.
  • Shape the meat into 4 equally sized patties. Grill each patty for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
