Skewered scallops grilled to perfection, drenched in garlic lemon butter and fresh parsley for a delectable seafood delight.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup butter
  • 0.66666668653488 cup chopped onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1.5 pounds sea scallops
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Get the outdoor grill ready by preheating it to medium heat and gently oiling the grate.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, gently melt butter until it shimmers. Saute onion and garlic until tender and fragrant, around 5 minutes. Off the heat, blend in zesty lemon juice and a pinch of salt. In a large bowl, coat scallops with the flavorful butter mixture, allowing the flavors to meld for approximately 2 minutes.
  • Skewer scallops or use a wire grill basket. Grill on high heat until scallops are opaque, turning once, for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Return the butter mixture to the saucepan and bring it to a boil. Keep it warm over low heat while the scallops cook. Drizzle or brush this flavorful mixture over the grilled scallops before serving.
