Grilled citrus seafood with olive oil, quick and heart healthy dinner in an hour.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped Kalamata olives
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1 tablespoon canola or soybean oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pound sea bass, tuna or halibut fillets, about 1 inch thick
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Combine all Citrus-Olive Oil ingredients in a small bowl and chill for 30 minutes. Preheat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Brush fish with oil, then season with salt and pepper before grilling.
  • Grill the fish over medium heat, flipping once, for 10 to 13 minutes until it easily flakes with a fork. Serve with Citrus-Olive Oil.
