Grilled sea bass with garlic-parsley butter: a sophisticated and flavorful dish perfect for entertaining.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika
  • lemon pepper to taste
  • sea salt to taste
  • 2 pounds sea bass
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 large cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Italian flat leaf parsley
  • 1.5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
  • Gather your ingredients together.
  • Heat your grill to high temperature.
  • Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon pepper, and sea salt in a small bowl, stirring until mixed.
  • Season the fish generously with the aromatic blend of spices.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, gently melt the butter along with the garlic and parsley. Once the butter has melted, take it off the heat and keep it aside.
  • Prepare the grill by lightly oiling the grate. Grill the fish for 7 minutes on one side, then flip and drizzle with butter. Cook for an additional 7 minutes or until easily flaked with a fork. Serve drizzled with olive oil.
