Grilled chicken breasts with zesty cream sauce - ready in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)
  • 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons Montreal chicken grill seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili pepper powder
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Place each chicken breast between plastic wrap or waxed paper and gently pound with a meat mallet or rolling pin until 1/4 inch thick. Brush chicken with oil. In a small bowl, combine grill seasoning, brown sugar, and chili pepper powder; then sprinkle the mixture on both sides of the chicken.
  • Grill chicken over medium heat with the grill covered for 5 to 6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is cooked through.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients until smooth. Drizzle the mayo mixture onto 4 serving plates, then top with chicken.
