Grilled Steaks with Horseradish-Mustard Sauce

Grilled boneless steaks with a zesty horseradish twist.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons spicy horseradish mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 4 (1/2 to 3/4-inch-thick) boneless beef top loin steaks (New York, Kansas City or strip steaks)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
Instructions:
  • Mix together all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate while preparing the steaks.
  • Preheat the contact grill for 5 minutes.
  • Brush the steaks with oil, then generously coat both sides with a flavorful mix of garlic-pepper blend and seasoned salt.
  • Once the grill is hot, place the steaks on the bottom grill surface. Close the grill and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Serve the sauce with the steaks.
