"Quick and flavorful grilled chicken cooked on a contact grill in no time!"
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons from 1 container (6.25 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)
  • 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat a medium-size contact grill with the lid closed for 5 minutes. 2. In a shallow bowl, combine taco seasoning mix and oregano. 3. Brush chicken with oil and coat it with the taco seasoning mixture. 4. Place the seasoned chicken on the grill and close the lid. 5. Grill the chicken for 4 to 6 minutes, or until the juices run clear and the center of the thickest part reaches 170°F.
  • In a 1-quart saucepan, warm up the barbecue sauce, chili sauce, and cumin until it reaches a gentle boil over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Serve the sauce with the chicken.
