Grilled tilapia seasoned with zesty spices and cooked to perfection on a hot grill.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried mustard, or to taste
  • garlic powder, or to taste
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets tilapia
Instructions:
  • Combine olive oil, lemon pepper, cumin, paprika, dried mustard, and garlic powder in a small bowl to make a flavorful mixture. Brush both sides of each tilapia fillet generously with the mixture using a pastry brush. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate.
  • Preheat the outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Prepare the grill by lightly greasing a large piece of foil with cooking spray, then carefully place the tilapia on top.
  • Grill fillets until fork-tender, about 5 minutes per side. Serve hot.
