Grouper fillets with zesty lemon-basil sauce - a family favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 4 grouper fillets (or other firm white fish)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to broil. Lightly coat a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Lay fish fillets on the prepared sheet. Season both sides of the fillets evenly with salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
  • Broil until fish easily flakes with a fork, for 10-15 minutes.
  • In a large skillet, gently melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, stirring until garlic is fragrant. Pour in wine and bring to a boil over medium-low heat. Let the sauce reduce by half. Mix in lemon juice, whipping cream, and basil, simmering until thickened.
  • Present broiled grouper on separate plates and drizzle with cream sauce for an elegant touch.
