Elevate your Halloween with decadent oats and chocolate bars - the ultimate dessert delight!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup M&M's® chocolate candies orange and brown
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously spray a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, and 1 cup of butter in a large bowl until well mixed using a spoon. Gently fold in pecans. Reserve 1 cup of the mixture for the topping and press the rest into a pan.
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, melt condensed milk, chocolate chips, and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth. Spread this luscious chocolate mixture over the crust. Top it with candies and the reserved oat mixture, pressing gently into the chocolate layer.
  • Bake for 23 to 25 minutes until fully set. Allow to cool completely, approximately 2 1/2 hours. Slice into 8 rows by 4 rows.
