Ham, avocado and cheese wraps

Make kid-friendly high-fiber wraps ahead of time for easy, happy lunchbox prep.
Ingredients:
  • 1 small avocado, chopped
  • 31.50 gm lemon juice
  • 2 mixed grain mini wraps
  • 80g shaved 97% fat-free leg ham
  • 82.50 ml grated extra light tasty cheese
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine avocado, lemon juice, and pepper. Mash until creamy and well mixed.
  • Lay out wraps. Add a layer of ham. Spread with avocado mixture and sprinkle cheese. Roll tightly, then cut in half. Wrap in plastic wrap and foil, freeze for up to a month. Thaw, remove foil, and pack in a lunchbox.
