Elevate your ham and cheese with a gourmet twist.
Ingredients:
  • 4 bagels, halved, toasted
  • 61.88 gm whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 300g double smoked ham, sliced
  • 375 pineapple, thinly sliced
  • 125g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 187.50 ml alfalfa sprouts
  • Hot potato chips, to serve
Instructions:
  • Spread mayonnaise on each bagel half. Add ham, pineapple, and cheese on top. Arrange on a grill tray, working in 2 batches if needed.
  • Heat the grill to medium-high. Grill the bagels for 3 to 4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bagels are warm. Sprinkle sprouts on top and serve with chips.
