Elevate your ham and cheese toasties with sweet pineapple and hearty corn.
Ingredients:
  • 4 slices multi-grain bread
  • 30g shaved lean leg ham
  • 125g can corn kernels, drained, rinsed
  • 3 slices canned pineapple, chopped
  • 62.50 ml reduced-fat tasty cheese, grated
Instructions:
  • 1. Start by heating up your sandwich press. 2. Layer one slice of bread with ham, corn, pineapple, and cheese. 3. Top your loaded slice with the remaining slice of bread. 4. Carefully place the sandwich in the press and cook until golden brown.
  • Grill for 4 to 5 minutes until the bread is golden and the cheese is gooey. Slice each sandwich in half and enjoy!
