Whip up tasty ham and corn wraps - a kid-friendly lunchbox delight!
Ingredients:
  • 100g canned pineapple pieces, drained
  • 125g can corn kernels, well drained
  • 10.00 gm mayonnaise
  • 1 sheet lavash bread
  • 2 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 40g shaved ham
Instructions:
  • Gently dab the pineapple with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Mix corn and mayo in a bowl. Spread lavash on a flat surface. Layer lettuce on lower third of lavash. Add corn mixture, pineapple, and ham on top.
  • Roll up the filled dough, secure with string, and cut in half if desired. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and foil before chilling.
