Ham, mustard and cheese crepes

Whip up ham and cheese filled crepes for a delicious dinner in a flash.
Ingredients:
  • 4 frozen crepes
  • 62.50 gm light spreadable cream cheese
  • 23.40 gm wholegrain mustard
  • 40.00 ml finely grated pecorino cheese
  • 120g shaved leg ham
  • 20g baby rocket
Instructions:
  • Heat crepes per package instructions. Allow to cool. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mustard, and pecorino. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Lay down a crepe and generously spread a quarter of the cheese mixture. Add a quarter of the ham and rocket on top. Roll it up to seal in the delicious filling, trim the edges, then cut it into four pieces. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients. Serve and enjoy!
