Elevate your morning croissant with tangy Dijon mustard and crisp baby spinach.
Ingredients:
  • 4 All Butter Croissants
  • 11.80 gm Dijon mustard
  • 4 slices tasty cheddar
  • 100g shaved ham
  • 20g baby spinach leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Slice the croissants in half horizontally using a serrated knife. Spread mustard on the bottom halves, then layer with cheddar and ham. Sandwich with the croissant tops and place on a baking tray.
  • Bake the croissants for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheddar is melted and the croissants are golden brown.
  • Gently lift off the croissant tops. Layer the spinach on top of the ham. Season to taste. Place the tops back on and serve right away.
