Delicious ham and cheese sandwiches with honey mustard, ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
- 4 thin slices cooked ham
- 4 tablespoons bacon-flavored Cheddar cold pack cheese food (from 8-oz. container), softened
- 4 mozzarella cheese sticks (string cheese)
- 4 hot dog buns, split, buttered
- 1/4 cup honey mustard or favorite condiment
Instructions:
- Spread the ham slices with a generous tablespoon of cold pack cheese food. Add a cheese stick to one side of each ham slice and roll them up. Place the rolls in buns and wrap each in microwave-safe waxed paper.
- Heat each sandwich in the microwave on High for 20 to 30 seconds until piping hot or enjoy cold. Serve with a side of honey mustard for dipping.
