Ham and Broccoli Cheese Pot Pie

Cheesy ham bake with veggies, quick and easy oven-ready pot pie twist.
Ingredients:
  • 3 1/2 cups Frozen Broccoli Cuts, thawed, drained
  • 2 cups cut-up cooked ham
  • 2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Combine broccoli, ham, soup, and 1/4 cup milk in a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish without greasing it.
  • Combine all the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until well blended. Pour the mixture over the ham.
  • Bake without a cover for around 35 minutes or until the crust turns a beautiful golden brown.
