25-minute ham and egg pizza for Italian cuisine lovers.
Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 package (10 ounces) ready-to-serve thin pizza crust or Italian bread shell (12 to 14 inches in diameter)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup diced fully cooked ham
  • 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 ounces)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and coat a 10-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat on medium heat.
  • Cook eggs in skillet, lifting and gently moving cooked portions with a spatula to allow the uncooked part to flow to the bottom. Avoid over-stirring. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until eggs are thickened but still moist.
  • Lay pizza crust on a baking sheet. Combine mayonnaise and mustard, then spread evenly over crust. Add eggs, ham, onions, bell pepper, and cheese on top. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
