Whip up a quick and delicious one-pan meal with beef, veggies, creamy Alfredo sauce, and melted cheese on top.
Ingredients:
  • 6 oz uncooked spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces (1 1/2 cups)
  • 3 cups Frozen Broccoli Cuts
  • 1 container (10 oz) refrigerated Alfredo sauce
  • 1/3 cup half-and-half
  • 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 jar (6 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
Instructions:
  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then add broccoli in the last minute of cooking. Drain the spaghetti and broccoli, and return them to the saucepan. Cover to keep warm.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together Alfredo sauce and half-and-half until well blended.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through, stirring regularly for 5 to 7 minutes. Remember to drain excess fat before proceeding.
  • Lower the heat to medium. Combine the sauce mixture, cream cheese, and mushrooms with the ground beef. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more, or until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is fully heated through, stirring often.
  • Mix in the cooked spaghetti and broccoli until well combined. Let it cook for an extra minute. Finish off by sprinkling some savory Cheddar cheese on top.
