Delicious hasselback potatoes cooked in the air fryer for a crispy finish. Serve with garlic aioli or sour cream for a beautiful and flavorful dish.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (6 ounce) russet potatoes, scrubbed and dried
  • 2 chopsticks
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, or as needed
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to a perfect 350°F (180°C).
  • Thinly slice one potato lengthwise by placing it on a cutting board, cut-side down for stability. Use chopsticks as guides to make 1/4-inch slices without cutting through the bottom. Repeat with remaining potatoes. Brush with oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  • In the air fryer basket, arrange the potatoes in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes. Brush with oil and continue cooking until crispy on the edges and tender in the middles, approximately 15 minutes more. Sprinkle with chives before serving.
