Air fry sliced potatoes in garlic butter for a quick and impressive side of crispy Hasselback potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) while getting all your ingredients ready.
  • Make 1/4-inch slices in each potato, ensuring the cuts go 1/2-inch deep without breaking the bottom. Mix butter, olive oil, garlic, and paprika in a small bowl.
  • Drizzle the mixture over each potato, ensuring it seeps into the slits, then generously season with salt and pepper.
  • Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes until perfectly crispy.
  • Generously coat the potatoes with the butter mixture, ensuring it seeps into the sliced sections for perfectly moist potatoes. Bake until tender, approximately 15 minutes longer.
  • Take out the potatoes from the basket and coat them with the remaining butter mixture. Then, garnish with chopped parsley.
