Indulge in sweet and cheesy pork chops paired with a fresh green salad for a delicious weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 4 large (200g each) pork loin chops
  • 225g can pineapple pieces in natural syrup, drained
  • 100g shaved leg ham, roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 250.00 ml low-fat grated cheese
  • Green salad, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C, then simply place the chops in a large ovenproof baking dish.
  • Combine the pineapple, ham, oregano, tomatoes, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spoon the mixture on top of the chops and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Roast the chops in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked. Enjoy with a side of fresh salad.
