Delicious Hawaiian beef sliders with tender roast beef, tangy Asian sauce, melted Provolone cheese, and sweet pineapple tidbits.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 count) package Hawaiian bread rolls (such as King's®)
  • 3 slices provolone cheese, cut into quarters
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 0.33333334326744 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
  • 12 slices deli roast beef
  • 12 pineapple tidbits
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with foil.
  • Split the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, then gently fold them open. Arrange the bottom halves with the cut-sides facing up on the baking sheet.
  • Place a piece of Provolone cheese on each bottom roll and spread mayo on each top roll.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, chili-garlic sauce, and ginger. Bring to a boil and cook until the sauce thickens and reduces by half, about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Coat one slice of roast beef in the sauce on both sides, then place it on the bottom roll, folding as needed. Repeat with the rest of the beef slices to cover all rolls. Top with the remaining halves of the rolls and cover with foil.
  • Cook in the oven until the cheese is gooey and sliders are warm throughout, for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Place a pineapple tidbit on each slider using a toothpick, sprinkle with chopped green onions for a decorative touch, and serve while warm.
