Ingredients:
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup non-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C, and prepare your baking sheets by greasing them or lining them with parchment paper.
  • Combine the flour and baking soda by sifting them in a small bowl, then set aside.
  • In a bowl, blend melted butter, yogurt, brown sugar, and white sugar until combined. Add vanilla extract, egg, and egg yolk and beat until light and creamy. Mix in flour until just blended. Stir in chocolate chips, blueberries, and cranberries by hand with a wooden spoon. Drop 1/4 cup of cookie dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 3 inches apart.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until the edges are lightly toasted, for about 15 to 17 minutes. Allow them to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
