Delicious no-bake cookies with oats, peanut butter, and applesauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1.6666667461395 cups white sugar
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 5 tablespoons applesauce
  • 3 cups rolled oats
Instructions:
  • Combine sugar, milk, and cocoa powder in a saucepan, then bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter, applesauce, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in oats until well combined.
  • Spoon the oat mixture onto waxed paper. Allow to cool fully for a minimum of 20 minutes before removing.
