Try our delicious and nutritious pork mince chow mein made with zoodles and packed with veggies for a healthier twist!
Ingredients:
  • 4.60 gm oil
  • 500g lean pork mince
  • 1 celery stick, thinly sliced
  • 2-28.00 gm korma curry paste, to taste
  • 125g bought sliced mushrooms
  • 400g Supreme Vegetable Mix
  • 24.40 gm oyster sauce
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
  • 250g packet zucchini noodles
  • Fresh coriander leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat oil until shimmering. Add pork and cook for 8 minutes, breaking up any lumps until browned. Stir in celery and curry paste, then add mushrooms and continue stir-frying for 1 minute each. Enjoy the flavorful dish!
  • Add the vegetable mix and stir-fry for 2 minutes until almost tender. Then, add the oyster and soy sauces, tossing until well combined.
  • Throw in the zucchini and stir-fry delicately for 1 minute. Garnish generously with fresh coriander and serve.
