Ingredients:
  • 111.38 gm maple syrup
  • 2.50 gm Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Allspice
  • 1 tsp Vanillin Sugar
  • 69.30 gm virgin coconut oil
  • 40.00 ml dried cranberries
  • 40.00 ml pistachio kernels, toasted
  • 212.50 gm desiccated coconut
Instructions:
  • Combine maple syrup, spices, sugar, coconut oil, cranberries, pistachios, and 2 cups desiccated coconut in a small food processor until smooth. Transfer mixture into a bowl.
  • Transfer the leftover desiccated coconut to a small shallow dish. Shape 1 heaped tablespoon of the mixture into balls, then coat them with coconut flakes. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes until they are firm. Serve and enjoy!
