Try our quick and tasty blueberry breakfast smoothie for a nutritious on-the-go meal!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon, or to taste
  • 3 ice cubes
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine blueberries, yogurt, orange juice, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Start blending on low speed for 30 seconds, then increase to high speed and blend until smooth for about 2 minutes. Finally, add ice and blend on high until smooth, approximately 1 more minute.
