"Nutrient-packed seed crackers, ideal with avocado, hummus, or cheese for a quick and wholesome snack."
Ingredients:
  • 375.00 ml sunflower seed kernels
  • 125.00 ml linseeds
  • 125.00 ml raw buckwheat
  • 62.50 ml chia seeds
  • 2.40 gm salt
  • 375.00 gm warm water
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until water is absorbed.
  • Preheat the fan forced oven to 160°C (320°F). Line 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper. Firmly press the sunflower mixture in a thin layer onto each tray, ensuring no gaps. Bake for 1 hour until golden and crisp. Cool, then break into large pieces.
