Turkey meatloaf with zesty salsa, peppers, and onions. Make ahead and freeze for a hassle-free dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 pound ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 0.25 cup salsa
  • 0.125 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 0.125 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 0.25 cup chopped onion
  • 0.25 cup dry bread crumbs
  • lemon pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Mix together turkey, egg, salsa, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, onion, bread crumbs, and lemon pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Shape into a small loaf and put on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  • Place the dish in the heated oven for 25 minutes.
