Elevate your appetizer game with this savory cheese platter.
Ingredients:
  • 350g feta
  • 75.08 gm olive oil
  • 31.50 gm lemon juice
  • 2 tsp thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp rosemary, chopped
  • cracked black pepper
  • 40.00 ml green olives, finely chopped
  • baked bagel chips or croutons, to serve
Instructions:
  • Crumble feta into large chunks in a non-metallic bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, thyme leaves, rosemary, and cracked black pepper. Gently toss to mix, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours or until ready to use.
  • Arrange the feta on a serving plate, then generously drizzle the marinade over it and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of finely chopped green olives. Accompany with store-bought baked bagel chips or croutons for a delightful presentation.
