Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup dried red hibiscus flowers
  • 0.25 cup dried white hibiscus flowers
  • 1 cup superfine white sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine the red and white hibiscus flowers, gently breaking them into smaller pieces.
  • Combine 3/4 cup flowers and sugar in a mini food processor and pulse until flowers are finely ground, ensuring the sugar does not melt.
  • Store the remaining 1/4 cup of flowers in an airtight container and cover them with the sugar mixture. Allow it to infuse for a minimum of 3 days before using.
