Champagne Hibiscus Tea: A luxurious and refreshing drink with floral notes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 hibiscus-raspberry herbal tea bags
  • 2 tablespoons Hibiscus Tea Simple Syrup
  • 4 oz chilled champagne or sparkling wine
  • Raspberries or lemon twist, if desired
Instructions:
  • In a 1-quart saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, steep tea bags for 5 minutes, then cool for an hour. Transfer to a container, cover, and refrigerate for up to 1 week. Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
  • For the cocktail, pour 2 tablespoons of simple syrup into a champagne flute. Fill it with champagne and decorate with raspberries or a lemon twist.
